We support schools to develop their leadership teams, staff and students. We emphasise the importance of distributed leadership and formative development of staff and students.

Innoven Education workshops support adult learning by:

Giving adult learners input into what, why and how they learn
Linking the content and process of learning to past experience
Relating what is learned to developing people’s job and life roles
Providing a supportive, anxiety-free learning climate that is conducive to experimentation
Taking into account different learning styles
Allowing adult learners as much autonomy as they feel they need
Incorporating an experiential learning cycle including activity, reflection, conceptualisation and experimentation
