Learning Bridge
Improving strategic planning and professional learning practices
TLO’s Learning Bridge program develops skills in strategic planning and professional learning practices and supports the development of a ‘learning organisation culture’.
Developed initially for UK schools to achieve the Investors in People standard, it is equally relevant for all Australian and New Zealand schools aiming to improve their performance.
The program comprises an integrated series of 5 workshops, typically delivered over 12 months.
The program presents participants with innovative conceptual models and diagnostic and action planning tools. Supporting TLO publications also present exemplars and case studies of effective practice. The program’s emphasis is action learning in a real school context and whole school transformation.
