Team Leader
Developing skills of team leaders and teams
TLO’s Team Leader program develops skills for team leaders and teams with an emphasis on the four skills sets of:
- Coaching
- Classroom observation
- Monitoring
- Leadership
Developed initially for team leaders in UK schools, it is equally relevant for all Australian and New Zealand schools aiming to improve their performance.
The program comprises a series of four full-day workshops, typically delivered over six months, although stand-alone one-day workshops focused on one or more of the four skill sets are also possible.
The program, and supporting TLO publications, present participants with conceptual models, new approaches, exemplars and case studies of effective practice. The program’s emphasis is the development of high performing teams.
