Team Leader - Program Introduction
The Team Leader is a skills development program for team leaders that comprises conceptual models to support the development of high performing teams and build a culture of performance and development.
There are a series of five workshops over 12 months for leaders and managers of school teams. The workshops are:
- Becoming a Learning Team
- Putting Coaching into Practice
- Developmental Classroon Observation
- Efficient and Effective Monitoring
- Developing Yourself as a Leader
