PROFILE - Stephen Pinnuck
Teacher/Trainer/Assessor - Baking
Stephen has been involved in the Baking Industry for 20 years. His experience revolves around Retail Baking at Daley Bread, Supermarket bakeries such as Woolworths & IGA, Plant Baking with Buttercup combined with Bakery Management and Teaching.
Stephen's role with Innoven includes bakery training, both in the workplace and at our Specialist Training Venue at Goulburn Ovens Institute of TAFE, and general Food Processing. His responsibilities include coordination of Cert I Retail Baking Pre Apprenticeship, resource and assessment tool writing and assessment of Bakers in both the workplace and classroom.
In 2007 Stephen was awarded an ISS Institute Overseas Fellowship in Artisan / Sourdough Breads which enabled him to work in Bakeries in Germany, Italy and Canada combined with intensive training at the world renowned San Francisco Baking Institute.
Stephen is a member of the Australian Society of Baking; The Artisan Baking Association and Life Member of the Shepparton & Youth Club United CC.
Qualifications held by Stephen include a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment and the Certificate III in Food Processing (Baking). William Angliss.
Stephen is a judge at the Great Aussie Meat Pie Competition, a prestigious national competition held annually.
