Master Class Series
Hospitality students are provided with the opportunity to participate in the Master Class Series - an initiative which provides students with the opportunity to gain knowledge from passionate acclaimed chefs and wine makers.
To date students have had the opportunity to work with a broad range of renowned chefs, such as Stefano de Pieri, Patrizia Simone, Stephanie Alexander, Geoff Lindsay, Tony Tan and George Calombaris, and expert wine makers including Grant Van Every, Fred Pizzini and Anna Monichino.
Covers Restaurant - Shepparton
This year the Young Guns of Melbourne Food come to Shepparton. The new breed in food and service will be working with our students to provide a night of exceptional wine, food and service.
Places are strictly limited so book your tickets early, we look forward to your company. All Master Classes are held on Tuesday evenings at 6.45 for a 7.00 pm start at Covers Restaurant in Fryers Street, Shepparton and tickets cost $75 per person.

Tower Restaurant - Wangaratta
The world of Food is coming to Wangaratta for this series of Master Class Dinners. Taste the flavours of France, Malaysia and Japan matched with a selection of wines from Victoria's snowfields to the Murray River, covering the Alpine Valleys, Beechworth, Glenrowan, King Valley and Rutherglen regions.

Known to some as Melbourne's iron chef with a selection of the best wines from the King Valley wineries.
