Olivers Restaurant
Olivers Restaurant was established in 2007 to facilitate the training of Hospitality students using a simulated industry environment.
Sophisticated, warm and intimate, the environment at Olivers sets a new standard for training restaurants. With a central bar area and the ability to create separate dining sections, Olivers provides the ideal venue for corporate functions and special events.
Olivers also provides catering services to the adjoining BPACC venue providing a dine and show experience for patrons of the performing arts.
Olivers was named after long-serving GOTAFE Council member and Benalla business man and resident, Geoff Oliver.
Student chefs and waiters work under the direction of Hospitality Operations Coordinator, Darren Payne, who has a wealth of regional and international industry experience.
- The restaurant is fully licensed with an extensive range of beverages at reasonable prices
- Dietary requirements can be catered for, please mention upon booking
- The restaurant can seat a maximum of 100 people
- The restaurant is located at the Benalla Campus in Samaria Road
- Ample car parking is available in the Benalla Campus carpark
