Innoven Lean Manufacturing

The Innoven Manufacturing Services Centre focuses on performance improvement methodologies including lean manufacturing. The desired outcome is to assist business to fulfil their strategic direction through a mixture of education and consulting while simultaneously providing employees with the necessary knowledge and tools to continue improvement.

A typical Innoven approach is to spend considerable time observing the business and interviewing a wide range of employees to understand it’s culture and identify a critical theme to progress its strategy or improve performance. In consultation with Management a program is developed with a training schedule which fits into the business timeframe. Post training mentoring is provided to participants to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved and a liaison with Management ensures organisational or cultural roadblocks are removed.

The Manufacturing Services Centre can provide:

Lean simulations to introduce staff to Lean principles.
Introduction of Lean tools to improve business processes.
A Certificate IV and Diploma of Competitive Manufacturing.
Front line management education in a Lean environment.
Upper level interventions to identify and meet strategic goals.
